It’s my absolute pleasure to introduce myself, Cherie Holland. I hold a passion for learning and leadership development that shines through every step of my journey.

My career spans decades and continents, I bring a wealth of real-world business expertise, having held director and chair roles and steered organisations to success both nationally and internationally. From mining projects in Australia and various projects globally providing leadership strategy and change management across various sectors, leaving a tangible impact on businesses and communities alike.

I am deeply committed to empowering individuals and organisations through transformative learning. As a Learning and Development Consultant with RC Consultancy Group, I design and deliver high-impact training solutions that respond to real-world challenges and evolving industry needs. Every learning experience I create—whether in person, virtual, or blended—is crafted to be practical, engaging, and human-centred.

With a focus on aligning organisational capability with strategic learning outcomes, I help build agile, resilient, and future-ready workplaces. My approach bridges the gap between strategy and skill, fostering cultures of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.

My academic journey includes qualifications ranging from a Graduate Diploma in Management, postgraduate studies in Leadership, and credentials in Agile Design Thinking, Change Management, and more. I am also the proud author of “Empowering the Future of Leadership” — a reflection of my deep belief in the power of education to transform lives and organisations.

Beyond credentials and accomplishments, I am a mentor, a thought leader, and a lifelong learner who brings clarity, structure, and genuine care to everything I do. Whether supporting apprentices in rural communities or leading strategic portfolios at the board level, I create momentum — for growth, for connection, and for change.
